Refund & Return Policy

At Pinkyloo, we carefully select our jewelry to ensure quality and durability.

Eligibility for Replacement

We only accept claims if the jewelry:

  • Changes color abnormally; or

  • Shows premature degradation or manufacturing defects under normal use.

Normal wear, scratches, damage caused by improper use, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, or accidental damage are not covered.

Claim Period

If you experience an eligible issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Clear photos showing the issue; and

  • A brief description of the problem.

Resolution

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Pinkyloo may offer one of the following solutions:

  1. Replacement with the same item, subject to stock availability; or

  2. Replacement with another item of equivalent value if the original item is unavailable.

No Monetary Refunds

Pinkyloo does not provide cash refunds, bank refunds, or refunds to the original payment method.

Approved claims are resolved exclusively through product replacement.
